1 All campers must register within 20 minutes of arrival.
2 Fires are permitted in designated fire pits only.
3 Do not build new fire rings.
4 Fires may be banned at any time.
5 Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
6 No discharging firearms or air guns in campground.
7 No fireworks allowed at any time.
8 Speed limit in campground is 5 mph.
9 Keep all trash in your unit or put in containers provided.
10 No smoking in restrooms.
11 Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside.
12 Clean up after your pets.
13 No dumping holding tanks containing chemicals that are not labeled septic safe.
14 Check out time is 12:00 noon.
15 Motorized vehicles of any type may only be used for campground entry and exit.
16 All campers are responsible for the actions of their party including guests and pets.
Elk Run, it’s owners, agents, or associates will not be liable for any
loss or damage arising from the use of Elk Run whether direct, indirect,
special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory
asserted.
